If you believe that any content on Pucio infringes upon your copyright, please send us a DMCA-compliant notice. We will respond to valid claims in accordance with applicable laws.
To File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material on Pucio has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with enough information (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
To Submit a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (include your full legal name).
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and its prior location (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Important Notes
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the content. Unless they file a lawsuit seeking a court order against you, the content may be reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or more, at Pucio’s sole discretion.
Please note that submitting a false or bad-faith claim may have serious legal consequences in your jurisdiction. Only submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice if you are certain of your claim.
